Germline variants in Chinese prostate cancer patients

DNA repair deficiency has emerged as a potential driver. Owing to the high proportion of germline mutation carriers, a guideline for genetic testing was established. Aiming to clarify the landscape of germline mutation in Chinese patients with prostate cancer, we sequenced patients for germline variants.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
