Single cell transcriptome and genome analysis of pituitary endocrine tumors

Pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (PitNETs) are the second most common intracranial tumor. A comprehensive understanding of pathogenesis and invasiveness of PitNETs was lacked. In this study, we performed high-precision single-cell RNA sequencing for 2,679 individual cells covering most PitNETs subtypes.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
