To systematically explore genomic and transcriptomic intra-tumoral heterogeneity cooperate to shape the evolutionary course of prostate cancer ecosystem in primary tumor of un-treated PCa patients. A total of 14 surgically resected tissue samples were collected from patients with prostate cancer, which pathological type were prostatic acinar adenocarcinoma. No endocrine therapy was conducted on all patients before surgery. Cell capture and cDNA synthesis were carried out in 10X Genomics platform, and then transcriptome sequencing was performed in NovaSeq 6000 platform after meeting the all quality control.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
