single-cell RNA sequencing of colon cancer stem cell (CCSCs) xenograft tumor or low-notch activity tumor cell derived from asymmetric division of stem cells
Release date:
2023-06-01
Description:
For colon cancer stem cell xenograft tumor, single-cell RNA-seq were performed by the 10xGenomics platform.CD133+LGR5+ colon cancer stem cell(CCSCs) were subcutaneously injected into nude mice to form xenografts, which were collected and dissociated into single cells for single-cell RNA sequencing. For low-notch activity tumor cell derived from asymmetric division of stem cells, single-cell RNA-seq were performed by the SMART-seq2 platform.High-Notch-activity(GFP+) colon cancer stem cell(CCSCs) were sorted and seeded for dividing once, while low-Notch-activity daughter cells were collected from the dividing duplets for single-cell RNA-seq.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
