Coupled scRNA-seq and scTCR-seq were performed on paired peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMCs) and pleural fluid mononuclear cell (PFMCs) samples from four TPE patients to evaluate the T-cell composition and function at the site of Mtb infection.
