Decoding the multicellular ecosystem of renal cell carcinoma vena caval tumor thrombus by single-cell RNA sequencing
Release date:
2022-04-01
Description:
To systematically explore the complete tumor ecosystem heterogeneity at a single-cell level in primary tumor and paired tumor thrombus. A total of 22 surgically resected tissue samples were collected from patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma, which including primary tumors (n=9), paired tumor thrombus (n=9) and adjacent renal tissues (n=4). Cell capture and cDNA synthesis were carried out in 10X Genomics platform, and then transcriptome sequencing was performed in NovaSeq 6000 platform after meeting the all quality control.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
