Single-cell analysis reveals cellular heterogeneity and novel therapeutic targets in relapsed/refractory AML
Release date:
2022-10-25
Description:
Chemoresistance and relapse are the leading cause of poor outcomes for patients with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The high intratumoral heterogeneity (ITH) and the co-evolution between leukemia cells and the microenvironment are the main reasons for drug resistance. Utilizing single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq), we dissect the cellular states and the immune microenvironment of bone marrow from primary refractory or short-term relapsed AML patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
