Genome-wide investigation of effects of aberrant DNA methylation on the usage of alternative promoters in hepatocellular carcinoma

Description:
In this study, we systematically elaborated the overview usage of promoters in HCC. Different from previous studies concerned with gene expression, our study focused on pre-transcriptional regulation suggest that promoter activity was more effective and conducive for tumorigenesis exploration. Then the correlation between APs activity and methylation status indicated that APs activity could be regulated by the aberrant methylation status.
