Breast cancer stem cells overexpressing GFP (BCSCsGFP) and breast cancer stem cells overexpressing SETD4 (BCSCsSETD4) ChIP-seq
Release date:
2021-09-29
Description:
First, we completed the overexpression and interference experiment of SETD4, and successfully constructed breast cancer stem cells overexpressing SETD4 and breast cancer stem cells overexpressing SETD4 that interfere with Si SETD4. At the same time, we found that overexpression of SETD4 can regulate the activation of breast cancer stem cells to enter the resting state, and further interference with SETD4 can transform the breast cancer stem cells from the resting state to the activated state, which proves that SETD4 regulates the entry and exit of breast cancer stem cells. Necessary for information state. After that, we discussed the histone modification and heterochromatin state of resting breast cancer stem cells, and analyzed the effect and influence of histone methylation and chromatin state on the resting maintenance of cancer stem cells.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
