Methionine Deficiency Facilitates Antitumor Immunity by Altering m6A Methylation of Immune Checkpoint Transcripts

Description:
Methionine metabolism is involved in a myriad of cellular functions, including methylation reactions and redox maintenance. Nevertheless, it remains unclear whether methionine metabolism, RNA methylation and antitumor immunity are molecularly intertwined. Here, we performed RIP-seq to show that methionine-mediated m6A methylation in tumor cells promoted the translation of PD-L1 and VISTA via the m6A-specific binding protein YTHDF1.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
