Noninvasive Detection of Brain Gliomas Using Plasma Cell-free DNA 5-Hydroxymethylcytosine Sequencing
Release date:
2022-11-22
Description:
To understand if plasma cfDNA 5hmC signals could be used as a diagnostic tool for brain gliomas, we generated a 5hmC sequencing dataset using a method based on precipitation of chemically labeled DNA fragments followed by sequencing. This dataset includes 5hmC sequencing data from plasma cfDNA of glioma patients and non-glioma controls, as well as gDNA from gliomas and white blood cell samples.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
