Title:
Microenvironment compartmentalization of NSCLC after immunotherapy revealed by single-cell and spatial transcriptomic analyses
Release date:
2024-07-17
Description:
PD-(L)1 immune checkpoint inhibitors have shifted the treatment paradigm of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Here, we combined single cell and spatial transcriptomics to identify the spatial landscape of the NSCLC tumor microenvironment (TME) during immunotherapy. Multidimensional bioinformatics analyses revealed distinct spatial compartmentalization of the TME. Our study provides novel insights into the complex spatiotemporal ecosystem of NSCLC and offers clues for combinational therapies.
