To explore the changes in the gene transcription, histone modifications, chromatin accessibility states and transcription factor genome-wide distribution during the development of embryo and tumor genesis, we performed ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq, RNA-Seq, MeRIP-Seq, WGBS in mouse embryo, mESC, and human cell lines.
