Title:
Multi-Omics Features of FH-RCC
Release date:
2024-06-24
Description:
Fumarate Hydratase Deficient Renal Cell Carcinoma (FH-RCC), characterized as carrying pathogenic germline or somatic FH alteration, is a rare subtype of renal cell carcinoma manifested with high invasive and early metastatic potential. However, the distinct multi-omics features and evolutionary relationships between metastatic and primary lesions are still unclear. In this study, whole-exome, RNA and DNA-methylation sequencing were performed for primary-metastatic paired specimens from 19 FH-RCC cases.
