RNA-seq of Glioma Patients with cfDNA 5hmC-seq

Description:
To understand if plasma cfDNA 5hmC signals could be used as a diagnostic tool for brain gliomas, we generated a 5hmC sequencing dataset using a method based on precipitation of chemically labeled DNA fragments followed by sequencing. This dataset includes tumor RNA sequencing data from patients with cfDNA 5hmC sequencing data.
