A time-resolved immune cell map of human lung adenocarcinoma development reveals an anti-tumoral role of the Tfh-dependent tertiary lymphoid structure
Release date:
2023-12-19
Description:
we performed extensive transcriptional profiling of intratumoral immune infiltrates of 59 lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) patients during the initiation and development processes of the premalignant lesion into lung cancer by massively parallel scRNA-seq of 63717 immune cells that passed quality control (QC) filtering, yielding profiles of 6475 B cells. More importantly, we reveal the differentiation trajectory of tumor-infiltrating B cells subsets and further explore the underlying mechanism of anti-tumor immunity.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
