Study on the immune regulation of GSD-related enteropathy and gut microbes in children

Description:
This study intends to study the clinical manifestations, intestinal microecological composition and abundance, endoscopic manifestations and histological characteristics of colonic mucosa, intestinal epithelial barrier and mucosal immunological characteristics of different subtypes of glycogen storage disease (GSD), etc. To screen out the differential microbiota associated with IBD-like enteropathy, target the intestinal microbiota, explore the role and mechanism of the occurrence and development of IBD-like enteropathy, and seek safe and effective treatment methods for such children.
