RNA splicing and chromatin accessibility during human white adipogenesis
Release date:
2023-08-15
Description:
To explore the molecular roles of NOVA1 in adipogenesis, hASCs were infected with shNOVA1 or the control lentiviral particles and adipogenically induced for 3 days. The gene expressions were profiled using HTA 2.0 array and RNA-Seq. CLIP-Seq was applied to detecting the NOVA1-RNA interaction. ATAC-Seq was also performed to observe the effect of the interaction between NOVA1 and its target NCOR2 on the chromatin accessibility of hASCs.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
