Next Generation Sequencing of BEAS-2B cell line treated with LPS
Release date:
2022-11-26
Description:
The aim of this study was to profile differentially expressed genes in a vitro lipopolysaccharide (LPS) exposure model of asthma in BEAS-2B cell line. BEAS-2B cells were treated with LPS at concentration of 5 mcg/mL, and PBS was used in the control group for 24 h. Then, total RNAs were extracted for high-throughput sequencing and further analysis.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
