Thyroid cancer is the most common pediatric endocrine malignancy. At present, the incidence of medullary thyroid cancer is increasing year by year, and the prognosis is poor. Therefore, it is of great significance to further understand the molecular mechanism of its occurrence. We used single-cell transcriptome sequencing technology to analyze medullary thyroid cancer, draw the single-cell map and analyze the interaction between tumor and non-tumor cells, to try to establish a comprehensive index evaluation system. It provides a new vision and breakthrough point for the early diagnosis, intervention strategy, and prevention mode of disease.
