In order to releaves m6A alternations in pancreatic cancer in chinese patients, we performed MeRIP-seq for 65 tumor samples, 33 tumor-adjust samples. In further study of the m6A modification in pancreatic cancer, we also performed DRB/GRO sequencing experiments on PANC-1 cell lines.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
