Description:
We developed a highly effective inhibitor of ALPK1, and planned to conduct a preliminary in vitro efficacy study with peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients to observe the inhibitory effect of ALPK1 inhibitor on inflammation, and further study the pathogenesis of ROASH through transcriptome and proteome analysis. The peripheral blood cells were differentiated into IPSC cells to study the mechanism and pharmacodynamics.
