HLA-targeted sequence based association analysis for nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Human leukocyte antigen (HLA) molecules are essential for presenting Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) antigens and are closely related to nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). To further investigate the functional association between HLA genes and NPC, 455 NPC patients and 463 healthy controls in Guangdong province were recruited and applied to the whole HLA region targeted capture and sequence.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
