The 16S rRNA data of gut microbiota in feces were from the donors of patients who underwent hematopoietic cell transplantation. Additionally, the patients were divided into two groups: graft success (GS) and group graft failure/poor graft function (GF/PGF) group (7 samples per group).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
