Single cell sequencing was performed on puncture specimens of neoadjuvant sensitive primary breast cancer and paired therapy-resistant metastatic lymph node to analyze key cell subsets associated with treatment resistance in the metastatic lymph node microenvironment .
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
