Tumor microenvironmental determinants of immunotherapy response in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma

Description:
We performed single-cell RNA sequencing and T/B cell receptor sequencing(scRNA-Seq/scTCR-Seq/scBCR-Seq) of the 27 ESCC samples before or after ICB treatment. Patient 1-11 have paired pre- and post-treated samples. Patient 12 and 13 only have post-treated data. The rest 3 samples are adjacent tissues from patient 9,10 and 11.
