The differential transcriptomics of taxol resistant cancer cells with shEREG or ASIV treatment
Release date:
2025-05-14
Description:
To investigate the whether ASIV treatment has a similar effect on transcriptomics with shEREG,we established A549-TR cell lines with shEREG virus. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of A549-TR or shEREG-A549-TR cells treated with ASIV for 48 hours.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
We collected the raw datas about RNA-seq or proteomics from cancer cell lines or clinical cancer sample, which was applied to illustrate the mechanism of drug resistance.
