Release date:
2024-10-25
Description:
This study enrolled 22 patients diagnosed with stage II to IV ESCC, of whom 20 underwent neoadjuvant tislelizumab combined with chemotherapy before surgical removal and two were treated with camrelizumab plus chemotherapy before surgery. The dataset performed single-cell transcriptomic data of a total of 259,003 cells derived from 22 baseline and 24 post-NAT treatment samples of 22 stage II/III resectable ESCC patients.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
