Single-nucleus DNA-sequencing reveals hidden somatic loss-of-heterozygosity in Cerebral Cavernous Malformations
Release date:
2023-08-31
Description:
The data is associated with paper identifying somatic loss-of-heterozygosity leading to complete loss of a CCM gene in resected lesions. Specifically, there is single-nucleus DNA-sequencing for 10 samples, along with whole genome sequencing of two of those 10 samples and targeted DNA sequencing of one of those samples separated into two files, with each sequencing file pertaining to a subsection of lesion.
Note: HTTP download speed may be slow. It is highly recommended that you download the dataset using a dedicated FTP tool (such as FileZilla Client) or Asepra Command Line.
