ATAC-seq: Lung cancer tissue and bone metastasis tissue in non-small cell lung cancer

Based on the Department of Bone and Soft Tissue Oncology and Pathology at Tianjin Medical University Oncology Hospital, we collected three pairs of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue and bone metastasis tissue samples for ATAC-seq sequencing analysis to screen for key genes regulating NSCLC bone metastasis and analyze their molecular mechanisms, in order to find effective therapeutic targets, which has important theoretical significance and clinical application value.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
