Single-cell RNA-seq dataset of paired malignant and non-malignant bladder cancer tissues

Description:
We performed single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis on paired malignant and non-malignant tissues from multiple patients with bladder cancer to develop a comprehensive immune map of the bladder cancer microenvironment. Our results highlight the significance of DCs in tumour immunity and may contribute to the formulation of optimal therapies for bladder cancer.
