Investigation on molecular mechanism underlying the dynamic evolution from preneoplasia to invasive lung adenocarcinoma

Description:
In order to investigate the molecular mechanism for malignant progression of early-stage lung adenocarcinoma, we performed RNA-seq of clinical samples from different progressive pathological stages of early-stage lung adenocarcinoma (carcinoma in situ (AIS), 20; microinvasive (MIA), 17; and invasive adenocarcinoma (IAC), 23), as well as normal tissue (5) and lung squamous carcinoma (5).
