Description:
We collected apical tissue from lesions in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy, sorted CD45 positive cells for 10x single-cell sequencing, analyzed immune cell composition, and the proportion and functional differences of Ccrl2+ and Ccrl2-macrophages.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
