In order to investigate the underlying oncogenic mechanism of CENPF, we performed RNA-seq of two CENPF knock-down (KD) models and negative control (NC) cells of PC-9 (NC vs. Sh-1 vs. Sh-2: 3 vs.3 vs.3)
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
