Our study aims to explore the hypoxia induced metabolic reprogramming of cortical astrocyte and its role in Parkinson's disease. This dataset includes results of bulk RNA-seq and ATAC-seq from human astrocytic cell line (HA1800) under chemical induced hypoxic condition.
