HDR efficiency of ssDNA donor under different concentration in FANCF locus

Description:
FANCF locus was gene edited under the indicated amounts of ssDNA donors in HeLa cells. HDR efficiency was measured three days after electroporation. Genomic sites were amplified from genomic DNA samples and sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq platform.
