The extracellular-matrix-remodeling capability exposes therapeutic vulnerability in a subset of clear cell renal cell carcinoma with vena caval tumor thrombus
Release date:
2025-07-04
Description:
Tumor thrombus (TT) of ccRCC is a molecularly diverse disease with heterogeneous clinical outcomes. Development and progression of higher-level TT remains a clinical problem, without a clear understanding of what drives immune escape and tumor progression. Here, we comprehensively performed multiomics integrated analysis to dissect the two distinct TT modes and perform comparative analysis on both cellular composition and functional phenotype between TT1 and TT2 tumors.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
