Integrative multi-omics landscape of adult diffuse glioma

Description:
Diffuse glioma is the most common malignant brain tumor in adults with limited therapeutic options. We integrated genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and phosphoproteomics from 339 adult-type diffuse gliomas in two Chinese cohorts. The integrative proteogenomic analysis would further capture the true diversity and complexity of glioma carcinogenesis and provide a comprehensive biological understanding spanning genomic boundaries.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
