Divergent originations of parental DNA hydroxymethylation in human preimplantation embryos
Release date:
2024-06-24
Description:
Epigenetic dysregulation is associated with human infertility and abnormal embryonic development. One important epigenetic modification is DNA 5-hydroxymethylcytosine (5hmC), the conversion of methylcytosine (5mC) to 5hmC by TET enzymes. However, the role of this modification in early human embryos remains largely unknown. Here, we present a single-base-resolution map of 5hmC during human preimplantation development.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
