Single-cell RNA-seq profiling the heterogeneity of tumor cells and microenvironments in different pathological endometrial cancer
Release date:
2025-12-19
Description:
To better explore the specific characteristics of pathogenesis and tumor microenvironment of different EC samples with different pathological types, we performed scRNA-seq on 18 patients. We comprehensively revealed the heterogeneity in percentage, functional status and cell-cell communication of different cell subpopulations within identified malignant epithelial cells, NK_T cells, fibroblasts, macrophages and endothelial cells (ECs) using the single-cell expression atlas and experimental methods in vitro.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
