Oncohistone H3.3K27M-driven Transcription Factor Mediates Malignant Cell States of Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG)
Release date:
2025-02-03
Description:
Diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma is a lethal pedaitric tumor, which derives from the pons of children. There is no cure for this dismal disease. With the development of genomic analysis, H3K27M mutation was identified, which can inhibit the PRC2 complex and result in global H3K27me3 decease with H3K27ac increase. However, the downstream effect of oncohistone-driven epigenetic variation is on-yet known. Here, we identified a novel H3.3K27M/transcription factor axis that mediates the malignant cell states of DIPGs.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
