This study includes a single-cell RNA-seq cohort of human brain metastasis and provides the latest and deep insight of tumor microenvironment of human brain metastasis.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
The Data Access Committee (DAC) of Nu Zhang's Lab is in charge of all the sequencing data produced in the projects conducted in this lab. Any eternal access request to the sequencing data should be directed to members of this committee. The data are available upon reasonable request. Data sharing must comply with regulations from the Ministry of Science and Technology of China.
