To explore the underlying mechanism by which FTO regulates ferroptosis, methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq) was performed in senescent THLE2 cells that were transfected with control or FTO overexpression plasmids and subjected to H/R treatment.
