Single cell profiling reveals transcriptomic molecular alteration in Lynch Syndrome

In order to understand the alteration in immune microenvironment and epithelials, we performed scRNA-seq and snRNA-seq on paired samples from Lynch Syndrome patients. Our analysis uncovered the expression level changes of risk genes and discovered potential biomarkers for diagnosis and treatment of Lynch Syndrome.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
You need to install the Aspera Connect plugin before uploading your files. If you dont have Aspera Connect plugin installed in your computer, please Download Aspera Connectand install it first.
