In pursuit of a deeper comprehension of cellular mechanisms underpinning radiation resistance, we initially established and validated a radiotherapy-resistant cell line, IR-SW480. Subsequently, RNA-seq was conducted between the IR-resistant cell line IR-SW480 and the IR-sensitive cell line SW480.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
