Description:
Total RNA was extracted from the cell samples by Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) following the manufacturer's instructions. RNA-seq libraries were sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina, San Diego, California, USA).
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
