HDR efficiency of ssDNA donor under concentration gradient in HeLa cells

Description:
Gene editing was conducted with ssDNA donors in HeLa cells. HDR efficiency was measured three days after electroporation. Genomic sites were amplified from genomic DNA samples and sequenced.

[path/to/key/file] must be an absolute path, e.g.: /home/keys/aspera.openssh
[path/to/folder/containing/files] needs to specify the local folder that contains all the files to upload.
