Gene editing was conducted with ssDNA donors under the condition of M3814 or HDRobust in HEK 293T cells. HDR efficiency was measured three days after electroporation. Genomic sites were amplified from genomic DNA samples and sequenced using an Illumina NovaSeq. platform.
