Tumor growth cannot flourish without the oxygen and nutrients supplied by the blood, making angiogenesis induction one of the most critical cancer hallmarks. In this study, we generated a pan-tumor vasculature atlas by integrating in-house and public single-cell datasets. At the single-cell resolution, we dissected ~200,000 vascular cells, including vascular endothelial cells (ECs), lymphatic ECs (LECs), and mural cells (MCs). Our findings contributed to understanding the tumor angiogenesis processes, LEC lineages, MC phenotypes, and intercellular interactions associated with the tumor vascular microenvironment (TVM). Our comprehensive TVM compilations complemented a missing piece of jigsaw puzzle for the single-cell pan-tumor atlas and provided a reference perspective on tumor vascular normalization and anti-angiogenic therapy.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
