Whole genome sequencing analysis of 5NABE off-target sites in HEK293T

Description:
To test the off-targeting on the whole genome of 5NABE, whole genome sequencing was applied. Three groups of data were set up, each with three biological replicates. The first group is a negative control without transfection of any plasmid; the second group is a treatment control with transfection of a plasmid only expressing 5NABE protein; and the third group is an experimental group with transfection of plasmids expressing 5NABE and targeting KLF4 (SITE 10) crRNA.
